With knowledge and access to high-technology manufacturing processes, Span Link is able to work with its customers and our resources to optimize efficiency. For example, we can utilize overmolding and two shot injection molding processes to improve a product and reduce the cost of fabrication.
For high volume metal parts, stamping makes sense and justifies investment in the cutting tools. For smaller production runs, we can use laser cutting to avoid the tooling expense.
