Span Link International, LLC (SLI) was incorporated in December 2009 for the purpose of manufacturing orthopedic products.  The company’s first signature product was the Apollo.  It is a full-shell pneumatic walking boot which incorporated dual built-in air pumps into its shell.  It was the world’s first walker to be made like this.  The walker was designed and patented by Vincent A. Benenati and is the company’s flagship product, sold throughout the world.

Over the past decade after designing the Apollo, the company has invested in the development and tooling for more than a dozen different pneumatic walking boots.  Additionally, SLI has developed many orthopedic braces for treating the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, spine, and wrist. SLI’s manufacturing operations are based in Vietnam and Thailand, and the company continues to invest in the expansion of its capabilities and capacity in these countries.
